Enigma Labs provides cloud mining services that allow users to participate in cryptocurrency mining without owning physical mining hardware. Our services include hash rate allocation, mining pool management, and payout processing.

Mining contracts are subject to cryptocurrency market volatility, mining difficulty changes, and network conditions. We do not guarantee specific returns or profitability.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

All payments for mining contracts are final. Refunds are only available in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Payouts are processed according to contract terms and may be subject to network fees.

Enigma Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the mining contract.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
